DDV Business Solutions was established by Darshan Govender who is a Qualified CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) with a BCom Honours (CTA) [Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Certified Theory in Accountancy)] and BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) Degree.
Darshan Govender has over 15 years Audit and Advisory Services experience, having worked with a Big 4 Audit Firm Ernst & Young on major corporate and public sector clients namely Engen, Clover & Milady’s, Video Vision Entertainment , Western Cape Department of Tourism and Economic Affairs Transnet and Sarbanes Oxley Internal Audit of Unilever.
Darshan Govendor Performed contractual work at ORCA Managing Internal Audits at SANBS ( South African National Blood Services), SANRAL( South African National Roads Agency Soc Ltd), SAMRO ( Southern African Music Rights Organisation) and Forensic Services to the GPAA (Government Pensions Administration), and was appointed as Internal Audit and Business Advisory Service Provider to the Regal Inn Hotel Group.
